I don't even want to give this rating !! The Lilburn Post Office has lost my grandaughters package. The tracking number says it is there. The lady her name is Rebecca and man name David are suppose to find it and call me back. It's been 19 days they have had it. Rebecca informed me Wednesday October 11, 2017 there are about 10 different places in the Post Office it could be. They just have to look in all of them. WT*... Now I can't reach them the phone has been busy for 2 days. I live in West Georgia. I can't just jump in my car and run down there !! Oh My !!!! What To Do !!!! October 17, 2017
Worst experience ever!!!! Ms.Lawson Phillip not sure exactly her name was the most rude person I ever met. After I stayed on line 30 minutes as usually she said I have to go back and place a certified form on my envelope, loosing time again, and when I told her that is the first time when somebody asking me to do this she said if I don’t like to go to a different postal office. That was super rude because I pay every time for this service and I don’t think that was professional from her. And yes I will complain to the corporate office because you cannot treat customers in this way. She’s not the owner over there, that is a Guvernamental institution and we need to be treated as humans.
If I could give this post office negative stars I would! Everyone is correct. No one there cares at all, the postal workers are lazy and will do anything to not get out of their truck. I had a package that was tossed into my bushes. It was there several days before I even saw it. The mail carrier pulled into my driveway and tossed the package. Now, they refuse to deliver my packages to my front door! I have complained an unbelievable amount of times about this. They drive down the driveway and leave the package in front of the garage out in the open without any shelter. With my garage you have to turn right to pull in. My husband (in his truck) didn't see the Swiss Colony package one year and drove right over it! Smashed cheese. Post office didn't care. Swiss Colony re-shipped at their expense with no charges to me. Phone is always busy and who has time to sit and redial for over an hour to get someone on the phone? Wish someone cared about what happens at this location.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. It feels like by calling you ruin their day.
We have had so many problems with this post office since moving here. Today I found my package halfway down my driveway, behind the wheel of my car. It wasn't at the front door, or by the garage door. It was BEHIND my car. I only happened to find it because I walked to the mailbox before heading out to get dinner tonight. Otherwise i would have run it over. This girl that delivers to our neighborhood is so extremely rude and lazy, and incompetent it is amazing. This is by far the worst post office in any place we have lived.
