Therapist was great. Staff was great. Until I received a bill for double the amount that I paid "in full" every time I visited. I had a deductible so I knew I was responsible for the full charges of my visit so at the end of the visit they told me the costs I accrued on that visit and I paid the full cost each time. Without me knowing or any hint that the visit could be more, they billed my insurance for double that cost of the visit and now I am stuck with a huge bill from physiotherapy that I was definitely not expecting. Now they say my payment was just an estimate and that I signed a benefits form. But when I visit costs $132 and I pay $132 I should not getting bills for $100 more per each visit. It is bait and switch and I am the definite loser and they will only refer me to billing which who does not care and just says I must pay this huge unexpected charge. I would not have gone to them if I knew each visit was going to cost me near $250 instead of the $50-$132 they said it would based on the number of units the therapist chose to do.
Great experience. I have a back and the staff help me a lot. Would defiantly recommend anyone to their office.
