It sucked we waited for 30 minutes to talk to somebody and flooring and when he came he walked right by us and went to somebody else who was came after us we're talking about we're going to floor a whole house but guess what Home Depot got it we usually go to Home Depot but we thought we would give Lowe's a try I won't ever let that mistake happen again you need to have people trained in multi earrings that way if somebody is really busy legitimately busy then the other person can step in at least four basic information not leave two people standing there wanting to buy flooring for a full house so I read your A2 on a scale to 10 two stars out of 10
This Lowe's is awesome its always clean, the lines are not ridiculous and the staff is friendly and very helpful.
My dehumidifier went out. Placed an order online and within 20 minutes I was able to pick it up. I called and they pulled the order immediately. Great customer service.
I don't usually have an issue on a Lowe's trip. But today was the exception. They didn't have a couple of the things I went for..not a huge issue..there are HD and Ace closer to home. But there were several employees standing around talking to each other in the garden checkout area, one guy actually working the register and a line 8people deep.. decided that at the current rate it would be quicker to go back inside.. it was..and it was still the lone guy ringing people up..
Fast in and out on a part (aluminum 2 copper wire connector) others did not have.
