This place is totally rude, disrespectful, and just downright mean when trying to have go see my stepfather for the last time. I was recommended by Patterson and Son for this sister company and I was guaranteed that I could go see him one last time. When I tried to schedule a final viewing before cremation, they told me that their 1 service for the the day was too much volume to even go pay our final respects, and now it will be almost a week before viewing him. DO NOT go to this place unless you want an attitude, to be insulted, and disrespected!
I went there for a friend's wake and was setting up something for her friends and family we asked if they had a bigger table they said they didn't.No biggie but then the boss man or whomever he was came out, his whole body language was off and asked us what we needed he said that table was all he had . I suggested if we could use another table that was in the sitting area and he said No You may not but the way he said it was super rude even an 8 year old girl noticed his demeanor. He accommodated us with something but the point is. He was very rude in his response in the first place and this is a place where people are grieving. There are ways to talk to people and that was not one of them. I can assure you I will not recommend this place neither will my friends that witnessed his actions . We were thinking about that every time we passed but his office . RUDE!
They are caring, compassionate and do not make you feel like you HAVE to spend a fortune to say goodbye to a loved one.
