Extremely unprofessional. I called as a potential new customer and spoke with Amber. She was supposed to return my call to answer a question I had in regards to my insurance and never did. I called and spoke with someone else and apparently Amber was the onnnnlyyyyy one who could answer it
2. Took my kids in for cleanings and x-rays. One kid refused to let anyone look at him. As we left, I paid for the amount the insurance wouldn't cover. 3 months later I receive a blank invoice with a payment requested - for the same amount I already paid in office. I call the office and am told that they didn't take my insurance at the time of service, which is funny because the EOB from Humana says they did. Also, according to the EOB from Humana, they charged for services that didn't happen. In addition they charged for more expensive services on the kid that refused treatment than for my other kid that actually received treatment - absolute fraud.
I have put off going to the dentist for 5 years because of my anxiety. Of course I needed some work done when I finally went back this year. (Fillings) I had the best experience! So kind & attentive to my worries. Dr. Angeletti talked through the whole process while it was happening, so I wasn't in the dark of what was happening. No pain whatsoever! Best dentist I've ever been to in my 25 years of life!!
Holy cow, where to start. The dentist and hygenist were nice but disaster surrounds them. Was told my son had three cavities but when I took him in, they charged me for 7. When questioned, they said they would look into where the miscommunication happened and get back to me. Never did. Office manager Marissa did absolutely everything she could to deny me a chance to speak with the dentist. On top of that my son still had a cavity (one of the original 3) that we had to get fixed at another dentist.
1. This last time I went to Gentle Touch for myself, I did not get him as the attending dentist and the filling the new dentist performed was not done correctly - I still have a hole in that tooth.
I have been going to Gentle Touch Dentistry for 10 years. There has been a few times I desperately needed dental work ASAP and they have always found a way to squeeze me in.If you have ever had a true toothache there is no better feeling than to hear them say come on in now! That's about as compassionate as you get get. They have always been accommodating, friendly. The staff is great and Dr' Angeletti does truly have a Gentle Touch and is a very compassionate and caring Doctor. Thanks for all you have done for me over the years. 5 stars for sure.*****
