I️ was explains the guys to clean the car from inside out didn’t even listen to me and said come out from the car we need to pull up, I️ said to the guy how can you talk to me like this
Very very bad service. I️ wish I️ had owner contact so I️ could tell what their people do,
Rude rude people, never going their again. My money will go to Mr Clean.
I usually don't complain nor write reviews .. but I had to this time around ... I should have read the reviews which is usually what my routine would be, being that I'm relocated from NY.. i came to this location bc it was close to my house.. I usually take the ride to the one further down by a Dunkin' Donuts .. anyhow.. I pull up with my vehicle and ask for a $17 wash I believe the estimated cost was .. my car was in perfect condition upon arrival. I Had my brother in law retrieve my vehicle. To find car halfway clean, ok fine. Then proceed to examine my car and Look at my windows and they are peeling off but plot twist only the front end two, not the back side .. ask for the manager on duty.. I had a young man giving me three different stories to who cleaned my vehicle .. ok, not cool. Then I ask him if he used a chemical by accident to wipe down the front windows in them rushing to clean the car. He couldn't give me a answer. Finally calls Gm or owner of the facility and is directed by his boss to tell me. It's a poor tint job !!! Now I know unless he was there and I didn't see him at the time, how he was able to see my tints in the physical and came to that conclusion, blows my mind. He then decides to finally be proactive and come, which he should of done in the beginning. At this point I'm irate, livid and all the above.. I have my 1 yr old daughter with me. Waiting and upset and cranky. I Could not see thru the front end mirrors
First time I ever came after Autobell took over the space I wasn't pleased with the wash. This week it was late in the day and they are the closest car wash near me so I thought I would give them a second chance. Customer service was amazing. One of the employees noticed that my passenger side mirror was extremely loose. He tapped it up before sending it through the wash to ensure it wouldn't fall off. Once through the cleaning detail inside was great. I have two kids that left my backseat full of crumbs and when they were done I couldn't find a single one.

And he starting staring at me and giving me looks.
But today experience was the worst ever I️ can get anywhere.
Have tried to give them my business on 2 occasions. Given the reviews on here, and my experience with their poor customer service, I will not be back a 3rd time. Dont like their attitude and policy regarding not giving you an option for to stay in the car thru the wash if you get an interior and exterior package. Kids love going through car wash and this just makes it more cumbersome and less fun for them. I dont have high hopes that this place. The old Mr. Clean was so much better. Given the reviews and my experience with their customer service, I say 1 yr max. Actually I am writing review at as my car gets washed at a car wash down the street. Too many options for this business to have such bad customer service and silly policies. Wont be getting my hard earned $$.

I️ have been going to the location from long time and I️ do have monthly membership with them, I️ pay good tip as well.

They did a great job of cleaning my car today. Polite and quick service!
(safety issue) so either way I couldn't leave with her in my car. All he could do for me was argue and tell me that my car and the quality of it upon arrival, isn't their responsibility. I have a Infiniti G35X 2012. Far from a broken down neglected vehicle. But the way they made me feel was beneath me .. he couldn't meet me half way with fixing the issue at hand .. so basically my money ain't green like everyone else's. BADDDDD!! Customer Service. HORRIBLE!!! In Training with the kids they pawn to do their dirty work.. NEGLIGENT !! In providing service recovery because all customers do matter. When you take on these businesses what people fail to realize, it's a liability from the front door. That being said you win some and you lose some .. Don't waste you time here!! They don't even give customer service like this in NY & thats NY
