I rent cars from Avis all over the nation and I wish they were all as friendly as these folks!
Visited Lilburn location on stone mountain highway only to receive poor customer service and a dirty car that smelled like smoke. The Avis hotline helped but just go to the airport location and avoid the issue altogether.

Reservation #00405394US3. Had emergency come up and needed to leave immediately. My normal rental place (conyers,GA) was sold out so the website reserved me for Stone Mountain. Drove hr to get there and the man at store just said, "sorry don't know why they reserved you we don't have any cars." Then went back to his phone. I Reserve with Avis all the time but never again. To waste 2hrs when already in an emergency is pathetic. Google should allow ZERO stars
